Pet Policy

If you are renting the entire house, you are welcome to bring any pets you like, however we ask you to disclose these pets before arriving. A small deposit may be requested against cleaning charges or damages.
For guests booking rooms, we love pets and prioritise pet owners, however many parts of this house are for the use of all guests and sadly certain conditions apply to guests with pets.

1. The breed of your dog. We do not allow breeds or types listed in dangerous dogs legislation and ISPCA guidelines.

2. Big dogs. We cannot allow breeds or types of dogs that are used in guard, security or patrol work. These sadly include German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Dobermans, etc. Service animals are exempted. We understand that these are sweet, gentle and loving dogs, but the perception among some of our guests doesn't always align and in fairness to them we have to restrict access.

3. Aggressive dogs. Dogs will be tested and assessed on arrival by our female golden retriever. Her opinion is final.

Guests with dogs might be asked to not allow their dogs into the communal areas, if they are boisterous or noisy. At all times the wishes of other guests regarding your dogs will be prioritised.

Dog washing facilities are provided. Please do not let wet dirty dogs into the house. A fully returnable 100 euro cash deposit is required for any mess or damage caused by your dog that requires third party repair.

Please contact me if you feel I have misrepresented your pet or you are unsure about the guidelines.

Kind regards

Mark
